Ingredients
  • 25 ml Monin Wild Mint syrup
  • 50 ml Premium White Rum
  • 4 Lime Wedges - Muddled
  • 8 - 10 Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice
Instructions
  1. Muddle limes gently in glass
  2. Add pressed mint leaves
  3. Add Monin syrup and rum
  4. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice
  5. Churn with a bar spoon
  6. Fill will crushed ice
  7. Charge with soda
  8. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
